Micro Tec was founded by Scott’s father, Terry, and his grandfather, Myron, in 1976. Scott received hands-on microfilm experience at Micro Tec during his high school and college summers from 1982-1988. Scott received his bachelor’s degree from Northwood University in 1988 and served as Regional Sales Manager of Micro Tec from 1988-1996. In 1996, Scott became a Certified Image Architect. After Micro Tec merged with ImageMax in 1996, Scott quickly became one of the top salespeople at ImageMax from 1996-2000, and later became VP of Government Solutions from 2001-2005. In 2006, Scott formed US Imaging to focus on serving the specific needs of County Recorders and Clerks across America. Scott is an active member of iGO, PRIA & AIIM. Scott has 42 years of imaging experience.
Scott lives in Las Vegas, NV. He loves to travel and enjoys staying active with yoga, hiking, wake surfing, wake boarding, snowboarding, skiing, and golf.
Production Manager & COO
Tina started working at ImageMax in 1998 and was promoted to Production Manager in 2001. Tina has managed all the County Government projects at ImageMax and US Imaging, which collectively have served over 1,000 Counties. Tina is proficient with all our hardware, software, processes and provides remote support to customers and software partners. She has helped develop our customer capture, indexing and enhancement program, ImageXpert, and has trained and managed hundreds of staff. Tina is also integral in our partner relationships and has worked tirelessly to coordinate with them to successfully create export routines and streamline import processes. Tina has 26 years of imaging experience.
Tina lives in Novi, MI with her husband and son. She loves to travel, especially to the beach where she can enjoy a boat ride or scuba dive. When at home, Tina enjoys to garden.
Eric received his bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in 2000, and his MBA from the University of Colorado in 2009. Eric started in the industry in 2007 performing both sales and production management. Eric joined the US Imaging sales team in 2010, has managed over 400 County projects to date and has 17 years of imaging experience.
Eric lives in Denver, CO with his wife and two young sons. He and his family make it to the mountains as much as they can to bike, hike, camp, and ski.
Josh started with the Micro Tec in 1997 and became the manager of our document storage division, File Safe. Josh joined the US Imaging sales team in 2006, has managed over 600 County projects to date and has 27 years of imaging experience.
Josh lives in Bay City, MI with his wife and two sons. He and his family like to golf and fish in their spare time.
Brandon joined the US Imaging sales team in 2018. Previously he worked in the County Recording Software industry, has over 13 years’ experience in County Government Sales, and has managed projects for hundreds of Counties. He has a thorough understanding of the imaging process and Land Records.
Brandon lives in Glen Saint Mary, FL with his wife and two daughters. When he and his family are not at home, you can find them at the beach or Disney World.
Rhonda began working at Micro Tec in 1984, and has served as Marketing Manager at Micro Tec, Production Manager at ImageMax and is now an Account Manager at US Imaging. Rhonda has over 33 years of “hands on” experience with every aspect of our business and 39 years of imaging experience.
Rhonda lives in Saginaw, MI with her husband and two adorable pups, and has a daughter in North Carolina. She loves to craft, travel, and spend time with her family.
Yvonne is a graduate of Grambling State University, where she earned a B.A. in Computer Information Systems. After graduation, Yvonne relocated to Texas and began employment in retail management. From there, she moved on to hold a ten-plus-year career with the Dallas County Clerk’s Office as a Sr. Business Analyst. Yvonne served as a liaison between County operations and IT services, gathering business requirements for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations. Yvonne has two years of experience as a Business Analyst with Granicus, a government records management software company in Virginia. As an Analyst, Yvonne served a critical role for their Texas clients, consisting of project discovery, requirements gathering, user training, and customer service advisor. Yvonne joined the US Imaging team in 2021 with over 12 years of government experience and a unique understanding of County Records.
Yvonne lives in Burleson, TX. She enjoys spending time with family and listening to music.
Troy began working in the document storage division, File Safe in 1999. Troy has successfully managed the pickup, storage, and retrieval of over 200,000 boxes of media. Troy transitioned to the US Imaging sales team in 2023 and has 25 years of experience.
Troy lives in Freeland, MI with his wife, son and three daughters. When he is not spending time with his family, you can find him on the golf course.
David joined the US Imaging sales team in 2023. He previously worked in the County Recording Software industry, has over 7 years experience in County Government Sales, and has managed projects for hundreds of counties across the country.
David lives in Piney Flats, TN with his wife and daughter. He enjoys quality time with his family, playing golf, and attending sporting events.
Alicia joined our team in 2015 with 3 prior years of County Government Backfile project experience. Alicia has a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in English. By utilizing her firm grasp of each stage of the project, she expertly drafts our proposals and RFP responses. Alicia works closely with the Sales Team to write and execute all our contracts.
Alicia lives near Austin, TX with her husband and young son. She appreciates a good mystery novel and enjoys playing cards and board games.

On-Site Project Manager
Barb joined our team in 2006 and has personally been on-site at over 400 Counties nationwide to manage the on-site capture process. Barb is proficient with all our hardware, software, processes. She provides remote support for multiple teams seamlessly. Barb has received software and tech training on all our equipment. Barb has 18 years of scanning and imaging experience.
Barb lives in Saginaw, MI and likes to travel.
Karen Roach Johnson
Karen started at Micro Tec in 1980 and has consistently been one of the top producing members of our team at every task of our process. Karen has a very strong work ethic and is an excellent trainer and manager for the rest of our team. She is also a scanning expert and oversees many Stage 1 projects scanned in-house at our facility. Karen has 44 years of imaging experience.
Karen lives in Saginaw, MI and has two sons. She likes relaxing at the beach or enjoying the company of her sisters and friends. Karen is a lover of animals with three dogs.
Don joined our team in 2009. He previously worked for Charter Communications. He is responsible for all things technical including security and server maintenance. Don also works with our customers to setup ImageXpress and assist with securely transmitting data.
Don lives in Saginaw, MI with his wife; they have two children at home and five that have left the nest. Don has a passion for sailing.
Jody started at Micro Tec in 1984 as a lab technician and has developed over 1 million rolls of microfilm. Jody has managed our lab since 1990. He has been instrumental in achieving and maintaining our certifications. Jody has 40 years of imaging experience.
Jody lives in Bay City, MI. He is an avid music enthusiast and can frequently be found enjoying a live show. He has a soft spot for stray animals and has fostered many cats until permanent homes can be found.
Lisa has been with US Imaging since its inception in 2006. She has an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. Among the hundreds of tasks she performs daily to keep our office functioning, she manages accounts receivable and payable, and employee payroll. Lisa also works with all our customers to ensure we are compliant with individual insurance requirements.
Lisa lives in Saginaw, MI. She often spends her weekends at the lakes in Northern Michigan.
Maryann joined our team in 2013. She assists Lisa with keeping the office running smoothly and customers happy. Maryann handles document storage requests and works to ensure all media is shipped safely and securely in pelican cases with tracking. Additionally, Maryann expertly arranges equipment and personnel travel and is vital in our internal project reporting set-up and maintenance.
Maryann lives in Saginaw, MI with her husband and son. She enjoys staying active, exploring Northern Michigan, and spending quality time with family, friends and her two fur babies.
