SCANNING SOLUTIONS FROM IMAGING EXPERTS

By fine-tuning every aspect of our scanning process, we are able to deliver greater accuracy without compromising quality.

24/7 On-Site Scanning

We come to you, wherever your media is stored. Our experienced on-site staff work 24 hours per day, 7 days a week to perform scanning as quickly and economically as possible. A typical vault is scanned within a matter of days or weeks and you will receive raw images 30 days after scanning.

State of the Art Scanners

We are constantly testing and acquiring the latest technology to support our innovative scanning solutions. We have invested over $3 million into the very best equipment on the market, specifically designed to capture: bound books, mechanical books, photostat books, microfilm rolls, jackets/fiche, aperture cards, plats/drawings and letter-/legal-sized pages.

Superior Image Quality

All our scanners are calibrated twice a day for optimum focus, lighting and color. Utilizing resolution targets ensures optimum focus for 100% of the pages scanned. We have developed a proven 3-stage process that provides unrivaled inspection and reporting of image quality. Poor quality images can be quickly viewed and easily approved in our ImageReview Software. You will have the ability to control the quality and budget of your project.

Multiple Image Formats

Color pages are captured at 300dpi with 16.7 million colors and saved in industry-standard color JPEG format. Grayscale microfilm and photostats are captured at 300dpi with 256 shades of gray, saved in industry-standard grayscale JPEG format. Both color and grayscale images are converted to black and white TIFF images that we can enhance, redact, mask, group, index and format for any system on the market. Images can also be delivered in PDF or PDF-A format.

WE TREAT YOUR RECORDS WITH RESPECT

Our careful handling of your historical documents and media-specific equipment enables us to scan books, microfilm, drawings and paper without damaging the media or subjecting it to harm.
